No it's totally okay! I thought I made it clear in my previous post that this was something best explored with a professional “if this was indeed a trauma reaction” and that no one on reddit can claim to know what went through the boyfriend's mind or why he did this, myself included. What I'm getting from your post is a very urgent sense of yearning- from both of you. Sometimes, at times like these, the best thing to do is to stop doing, let things play out. But I guess what I'm trying to say is: your current relationship sounds very hectic, and a hectic time is usually not a good time to push for anything. My advice would be to give her the space it seems that she wants without withholding your love or support for her. It sounds like you could also use some space from this situation, so try and add things that you want to your life? Fill your time and space with things that are good for you (which sounds like is what you and her agreed on anyway- fix yourselves before fixing the relationship); I think you'll find this will give you some much needed clarity
