Maybe she has ADHD or some other neurological issue that prevents her from settling and sticking to one thing. Maybe there is anxiety and avoidance and that’s the reason she doesn’t finish anything or commit properly. You need to stop enabling her you have done enough. You have spent money to help her and she hasn’t used those opportunities so don’t pay for any more. Focus on what you’re doing and let her see that she needs to step up. If she was living on her own she would struggle. She has to learn and not lean on you. You are also helping this dynamic to continue so you need to break the cycle

Wow this story takes me back. I was in the Air Force, and deployed with an Army unit to Afghanistan. Ended up at a smaller base commonly called a FOB and pissing in the middle of the night was a huge pain in the ass. Because it was a long walk to the facility from where we slept, and it was filthy dirty in there. So most of the guys pisses in empty bottles at night and threw them away in the morning.
I chose the wide mouth Gatorade bottles because it was easier to piss in them without making contact with any part of the bottle.
After six months I’d become so good at it, I pissed in the bottle in pitch black darkness didn’t get any drop on the floor, and could tell by the sound when the bottle was almost full so I could stop and switch to another bottle.
Every now and then I got lazy getting rid of them and would end up with like 6-8 bottles filled with piss under my bed. As long as the cap was screwed on tight you couldn’t smell anything… but once it got to be 2-3 days old it would stink even through the bottle and started to turn a deeper hue of brown inside… even if it started as a healthy pale yellow.
I haven’t thought about this in a long time lol.

That's the problem with abuse. There's always a first time, and it's just an accident. Then it happens a second time, and a third time, till it becomes normalized in your head. He meant to hit you, which you will have to process. Do yourself a big favor and end things. It doesn't have to be a nasty breakup. So many lovely people like yourself try to fix someone. When that person doesn't need to be fixed and knows how to control and manipulate you. You deserve respect, and he can't give you the bare minimum. I wish you the best truly!
