Think about it.
If you work with this person you might want to try to find a different job. It's just really very hot to get over someone if you have to see them all the time. Once you do get some distance you'll probably recognize that this was a kind of “rebound” thing to ease the pain of reentering singledom. It's all too easy sometimes to transfer our feelings from a failed relationship onto some new person just because we don't know what else to do with all that emotion. But you will survive this and with some time on your own you'll heal from both your big breakup and from this and you'll eventually be able to see this flirtation for what is was. Good luck
