Almost all contain language designed to protect the employer (after all, they wrote up the agreement). In fact, I don't believe I've ever seen an agreement that says, “You will perform tasks A, B, and C. But you will do absolutely nothing else.”
Seriously dude, quit your job. Because I don't believe doling out such poor advice is in your job description.
