I’m so sorry you went through all of that but I feel as I’ve been through similar before. All women get put through alot and if we can’t share our stories then what do we do. It’s like we’re taught to be scared of our bodies n to hide for what reason. Obviously like you said its not limited to women but most men don’t grow up being thrown hygiene products in your face at a young age saying shave this or make sure you smell amazing, or being insecure because of the amount of vaginal wash and scented pads you walk by grocery shopping, men aren’t always told to cover up because somebody might take advantage, so as it’s not limited to gender, it’s nice for women to have a safe space to talk about/feel these things as most of us have grown up having similar feelings.
