Tell your father. Don’t tell him when all of y’all are there, just you and him. Tell him exactly what you said here, including that your mother basically threatened you when you were a child and that’s why you didn’t tell him then. Don’t bother giving your mother a chance to come clean about it, if she wanted to do so she would have done so already, and there’s a chance (a far outside chance) that there’s still proof of the affair, and your father could use that if things go badly after y’all talk about it.
