Update: I found out about attachment styles recently through this and had us both take a test on it I guess. Apparently, I have “anxious preoccupied” and he has “fearful avoidant”. While it does kinda sound like mumbo jumbo, it really gives some insight into the real problem. If you're having this problem as well, I'd suggest looking into it.
He's not the only guy ever to do it. He's a shitty rapist just like all of the other guys that do it. He sexually coerces you when you're conscious, and he will have sex with you at night whether you are conscious or not, by the sounds of it, which is the definition of rape (not getting your consent).
Maybe you should look into sexual assault support groups in your area. It might help you to hear other people describe their experiences and their reactions to them.
