I don’t know why you got down voted. It is weird if someone is going out there way to make guy/girl friends in a relationship. It’s one thing if it happens organically but I wouldn’t prevent my gf from doing that but i would note it .

My best advice is to get yourself into counseling and figure out why you made those choices in the first place, and what you can work on to avoid feeling the need to do those things in the future. Counseling only works if you take it seriously though.
You can’t un-hurt feelings. You can’t fully regain their trust. But you CAN make a legitimate effort to improve yourself and not do stupid hurtful shit in the future.

At this point, you have two issues – his relationship with this woman, and his deception about it. If he's normally very open about the people he works with, but has never mentioned her, there's a reason for it. Even if she did have a crush on him, that should be something he can discuss with you. The fact that he has purposely hidden her existence and downplayed her behaviour when you found out, that is problematic enough. For me, this would be enough to break up, regardless of whether their relationship was platonic or not.
I came here to say this and I’d like to add something! Being 20, you still have a kid mind to some degree.. I remember getting really annoyed with my bf in hs for playing wow for houuuurrrrrsss when I was at his place!
