So, she cries to shut you down, says she thinks you'll leave, but isn't willing to compromise a bit more. So, she values having things exactly the way she likes them over keeping you happy and invested in the relationship. Now, she's not obligated to do sexual things with you, and you can't make her. And, honestly, I wouldn't want someone doing things with me that they were doing out of a sense of obligation and not being into it. But I think she's pretty much just told you it's not going to happen.
Take it from a 44 year old man who has been down this road: It is highly unlikely that she is going to one day change her mind. Which means you either have to accept it and deal with the building resentment, or find someone else who you are more sexually compatible with.
This hurts to hear. If she's decided she doesn't want kids, and has NEVER promised to me that we would and I have NEVER made any comments to the effect that children are vitally important to me, why wouldn't she be able to tell me that?

But I know if I stay with him then I will continue to spiral. I've connected with old friends and tbh they've made me so much happier. But please help me decide what to do. I'm still so heartbroken that I have to come to this conclusion but I think it might be for the best to leave, for my own mental health.
I really urge you to stick with your own judgement. You need to not rely on strangers opinions to truly get back the sense of self respect you lost with your last. I understand the impulse and idk if you'll find many people urging you to stay because you hit it on the nose this is just more of the same controlling nature. However trust yourself you're doing so well.
