Once a cheater always cheater… if she was able to rationalize cheating once, she’ll be able to do it again…. You’ll NEVER be able to trust her wholeheartedly like you could before. It’ll be tough, but focus on your purpose and move on
No. You very literally said he’s a good looking guy and his voice his naked and you really want to be with him and you think he wants to be with you too. Despite telling you it’s weird and ignoring you.
Stop. Find someone your own age who doesn’t play video games with 20 years old all day.
Consider this, OP. Ask yourself…honestly…how do each of your friends affect your life versus how does your girlfriend? There was a time in my life where I needed to make this type of decisions. Honestly, I cleaned up after my drunk friends poor decisions ALL THE TIME…or I made really stupid decisions myself. My life was totally different and more enriching with my significant other, which saw me becoming a better and more complete human.
The mother of your child may not be the woman you choose to spend your whole life with. However, your friends my not be adding to your life. Make your decisions slowly, then resolve to live without regret.
The first questions that spring to my mind are, How long have you been in the relationship? Do you fully trust Alex? What does he mean when he says these people flirt with him, like what are those interactions and why does he interpret themp as flirting rather than a casual or professional acquaintance being nice, chatty, having fun with him?
You feel inferior to her because she had more sexual experiences than you did at the same age? I think you need to look at why you equate “more experience” to “better.” She isn't “better” than you for having more experiences and you aren't “less” than her for having fewer. It isn't a competition, and it's not healthy to be looking at it that way. The fact that you're dwelling on the specifics of her sexual experiences from a DECADE plus ago is absurd.
I agree. I also wanted to mention and discuss the part where he mentioned her depression and how “we all have it, deal with it it’s just an excuse” is a terrifying indicator of not only her mental state but his.
They both need therapy, money, and to be banned from any drug stronger than Advil until this baby can hit Parris Island
No. I don’t realize how inappropriate it is to talk to my friend about it obviously lol.
I fucked up for sure. I guess I’ve been so focused on honesty and transparency that I always feel the need to own up to my thoughts and feelings regarding people immediately.
But yes, I have been transparent with my fiance about all this. I am not one to post without having talked directly to the person myself. Like I said, I always feel this weird and possibly unnecessary duty to be transparent with people.
You are noticing that your bf’s friends do not respect you or your talents because they don’t view you as a real person. And your bf by allowing them to do that and surrounding himself with that also shows that he doesn’t respect you or your achievements because he doesn’t view you as a real person. Their comments very much betray that they do not view women as real people. From the comments on your intelligence, your looks and your strengths, it’s fairly obvious. I would find better company, they are beneath you, as is anyone who dehumanises women and diminishes their abilities.

Send the kids to bed earlier ?
So you don't recommend me trying to understand why exactly the whole cutting me out thing happened?

Teenage relationships are hell.

Yes, you are cruel

He's fishing for something 'better'. He will leave when he thinks he found it. Kick him to the curb OP.
