The daughter’s boyfriend explanation is the weird part. Wearing shirts to bed all of a sudden isn’t necessarily weird, but why would “oh, I’m just sleeping in my daughter’s boyfriend’s shirt” be the reasonable explanation?! It makes me think she’s not being unfaithful just because that is the weirdest, most suspicious lie to come up with. Something’s up that she sounds like she might be ashamed of or something.
