As other commenters have said, your wife appears to be abusing you here… she is intimidating and picks on you for unreasonable things.
Her trauma is not your responsibility to treat. She needs therapy.
There may be a waiting list but you should be looking at regular and frequent counselling. You could try couples therapy if she won’t go to therapy herself, or maybe even you could get therapy as this must be a very hot way to live.
Since you’re married, can’t you get any benefits through work that you can also apply to your wife? My employer lets me put my spouse on my dental, medical, eye tests etc which I pay for through salary sacrifice (comes straight out of my pay).

If this isn't bait, then I want you to understand that it feels like it should be. This is unwell. You feel uncomfortable because on some level you realize that. The discomfort here is a protection mechanism. Don't ignore it. Sit with it, think about it. You can still love her deeply while needing to separate. This is codependency and enmeshment and is very clearly her way of dealing with anxieties and sexual needs she is avoiding confronting, because you are both extremely young and not fully grown. You cannot help her the way she needs. You are not a professional, and the best thing you can do for her is to support her pursuing professional support options.
I do thank you for your opinion. I'm pretty sure she's not cheating. It's that sometimes I get this idea in my head that she is. And she definitely wants a baby for sure witch I would be happy to in the future. If you have any more questions please ask I would be happy to talk about it.
