Have the cats always done this or was it a response to the baby? If it's a response to the baby, and the cats are older, it could just be stress. I would take them both to the vet. There are various calming anti-anxiety treatments that could help until the kitties get used to the baby.
As another immediate action item, I would also add doing a weekly(or monthly) total clean out (or however frequently you remove the old litter), clean/disinfect the box, put fresh litter in. I use silica litter, one of those Instagram targets me with, and I typically do a total litter clean out once every three weeks. One of my cats won't use the litterbox and pee outside of it if it smells for example, so if you have older litter boxes, they will hang on to the smell too. I don't know what you use for cleaning out other areas in your home (from urine), but try using enzymatic cleaners that break down the urine scent completely so the cats won't be peeing in the same spot again.
I tried to explain in another comment. My brain is a bit scrambled and confused by this as it came out of nowhere but hope it makes a little bit of sense:
