Divorce. That is the only option. Anything else results in either her cheating again (because you didn't do enough about it so she thinks she will always get away with it) or she will persue divorce because whatever you gave her as a punishment was “above and beyond what she deserved for cheating”. You are the victim here so to get out of it with any dignity in tact is to divorce her and make sure to have it infidelity brought up in court so you dont get railroaded

I do think you should look into other solutions too though. Can you get a babysitter or some help so that you can rest?
When my kids were in the same age we put in a cradle and a extra bed in the bedroom so that everyone could sleep in the same room. It made it a bit easier to help my wife.
This isn't about trust in relation to some future risk (real or imagined) so much as what is happening to our relationship right now. Obviously she's more 'functional' in that she is more productive, but I think both she and I are paying a high price for that. How long do you think it would be reasonable for me to sit around being treated effectively like an office colleague instead of a husband before taking action?

Okay, as a 31 year old guy who is currently dating a 22 year old I'm kinda shocked by the responses here…
I fell in love with a person who wasn't within a few years of my age group. My profession and career trajectory has everybody my age getting married and having kids, where I'm so far away from that (because money and no stability).
I met somebody in the same line of work who is charming, funny, unique and talented…. and I'm not supposed to date them because they're younger than me?
Age, for me, in this situation, was something I was a little concerned about for all the reasons people have shared in this thread… but when I got to know this person and she turned out to be FAR more mature than my Ex-Gf who is 29, I saw how ridiculous my concerns were.
