Translates to:

This option also offers them a way out. I appreciate this advice! It's genuine but asking good questions! When I lived alone, I ended up having to get an afternoon job and worked late because I had been fired for not being on time previously. I probably get about 10 or 11 hours if he doesn't wake me but go to bed at 11PM and wake up at 9 or 10.
