1. I think you are right! But this makes me feel sad and more lonely so i was thinking to focus on career by following Brahmacharya (strict monk mode).

   Btw i have done 8 months monk mode in 2016 when i first felt disadvantages of fapping. It was helpful doing nofap and monk mode then

   6 months of mink mode in 2018 from october to March 2019. It helped my preventing gyno and growing beard. Also my grades went up in college as i practiced brahmacharya.
