IF you don't need to see him again, and IF you aren't sharing any classes together, then I'd break everything off as soon as possible. Go cold turkey, ghost him, let everyone know that you and him are not in any type of relationship.

I would tell her that her fears are creating this elaborate story of cheating from nothing but a smile and something you muttered. Then I'd point out how flawed her story is:

If she's seriously upset about this, frankly I'd be a little angry at this point. Have you given her a valid reason not to trust you? You shouldn't have to fear falling asleep around her because she could assume bad things. Imagine if you were talking in your sleep about how skilled she is. She could have a restraining order on you for plotting to kill her before you woke up. That's an exaggeration but it comes down to the fact that she doesn't trust you and that's is not a good sign for your relationship.
I'd say that I'd there was something that was done while conscious, you would be honest and beg her and try to prove your love all day long. However, this was a freaking dream, and if you want to show your affection and spoil her because you love her, not because you're trying to prove a point. Until she gets off of this, anything you do is going to look like it's forced, not because you truly care about her.
