Here is the thing, it doesn’t matter how much you do, it matters if you feel like you’re on the same team. This whole who does what is never gonna feel fair if the focus is on keeping score. You’re talking to people on reddit who are talking about how you are weighting your chores and what she is saying but the point is that you guys don’t act like a team. Your financial burden seems to not mean much to her, and your attempts to help out seem to not mean much either. For her, the stuff you’re doing is not eliminating her stress, or making her load feel any lighter, and your not really understanding her position isn’t helping.
It sounds like your marriage is over, but you should always try to be with someone who makes your load feel easier. You should feel less stress, not more. The sexless thing is a canary in the coal mine kind of thing. It’s the fist thing to go, and the last thing you can fix. Just tell him. How he chooses to deal with it is on him. And you may want to consider deciding whether you want to be with someone who procrastinates important tasks and places the blame of the stress on you instead of taking responsibility. That sounds exhausting.
