My family often travels to one another's races, even the very distant ones. Those of us who aren't runners enjoy being at the finish line for the runners, but also the camaraderie of the trip! And there are numerous races that are close to home as well. I agree that OP's husband doesn't need to be at every race, but he needs to cut out the negativity.

There have been advances in depression treatment. It would be worth looking into. If he has been depressed for six months already, I would think getting help would be a priority.
You have to decide if this is how you want to live the rest of your life. If he has an illness and refuses treatment then he chooses to on-line this way. You don't have to live! with his choices.
Depression is awful and I sympathize with anyone suffering from it. Getting treatment for it is a choice your husband has to make. Until he does make sure you take care of yourself and your children. Only you can decide how long you can live with these circumstances.

You stop enabling her behaviour, and call her out on it. If she refuses to acknowledge it ir address it, you have two choices. Put up with it, or dump her.
You only need to tell them if you’re 100% certain that they’re the father & you’re keeping the baby.
