She's an adult, right? She is responsible for her own well being. You cant force her to change if she doesnt see a problem. Lawyer up anyway, but she might be bluffing and usuing it as a scare tactic, she might be using “wanting to see her daughter” as a way to try to manipulate her way back to your husband. I'm torn on what advice to give. Your sex life shouldn't have been hurting her mental health. I have no idea whether you should stay or go. She definitely needs to sort out her feelings and have an honest conversation with you. Maybe you like a certain kink that she wasn't comfortable with but felt you needed her to do it. Maybe she's had trouble telling you “no” when not in the mood. Just tell her that when she wants to talk about it, you'll be there.
And are you going to take the person who lied for the entirety of the relationship?
He literally never had any intentions of being faithful. If he truly can change, great. Let him change with someone else. It's not your job to fix him.
