I would recommend telling his parents that while you forgive him for hurting you, you are no longer capable of loving him the way he wants you to, and that you know that staying around him will make it harder for him to recover. Tell them to tell him that you wish him the best in his recovery, and that you hope that he moves on and finds another partner.
I am childfree by choice, but if I were in your same exact shoes I would dump the dude and keep the baby. And again, I don't even want kids but clearly you do, but get in therapy, because if you terminate this pregnancy- assuming you're in a place you still can, you need to also ask yourself if you truly want a child for the right and healthy reasons and not just because you felt pressured because that is what a couple is supposed to do.
I will be 40 in April and I have never once regretted not having a kid, but I promise you if I was forced to have a kid there would be a lot of resentment and regret.

MS society has lots of supports. Start taking vitamin D, alpha lipiod acid, lion's mane mushroom and co active Q10. Get on medication. Exercise any little bit you can and eat healthy. Things will get better. Believe it!
As a side, i have a hunch your MS was brought on by the chronic stress of your past. I know mine was. Another reason to cherish the people who bring peace to your life. Stress is more toxic than people realize.
