You should also file a police report. Whether you actually have him arrested or not it’ll be on file. The more reports you have on file or if you have to go to the hospital because of him it’ll be naked for him to be any kind of custody of the baby. If he’s that jealous of your ex to the point of abuse would he take it out on the kid too?
