He needs a lawyer. And don't contact her again, you may be advised of witness tampering.
Whenever you feel comfortable to he's the one who broke up with you so he's got no room to complain. I'd be careful about moving on too fast just to avoid rebounding. Maybe hangout with your crush more and see how it goes
Is that even possible? As a guy, I couldn’t imagine myself being aroused to the point of by someone I don’t find physically attractive.
Gotcha. Well do you two share finances? Would you feel the same way if she had borrowed the money from her cousin? Or another one of her friends? Is the main issue just because it is your male friend who is also your roommate?
Block him. This is an attempt at manipulation. You are not responsible for his actions. He cheated on you.
Or alternate. Every other season individual and couples.
Also, OP, it doesn’t matter that the house and everything is in her name. You’ll get half.
This is a pretty bold and blanket statement. It's not always true, and will highly depend on the circumstances. As per OPs response below, she owned the property prior to him moving in, so it is not a matrimonial home (she can't evict him), he doesn't “get half”. He might be able to get half of the increase in value since they've been married, but again, this is much more complex and needs to be handled by a lawyer.
Yes you should tell him. He needs to know a potential partner is a cheater.
