Question: as he been acting out and being super paranoid in other ways as well? Making stories like this up then feeling deeply upset by them? This is about the age that a couple of pretty serious mental health issues can start showing themselves. Schizophrenia and varying degrees of bipolar disorder, for example, many times start to show symptoms about now. If he’s never listened to your reincarnation thoughts, but now he feels really paranoid about deep connections and moles and what not…may be time to see a doctor.
If he is headed this way, better now than if he’s headed towards a full mental break.
