If this is typical behavior for her before your daughter I’d say it is best to just co parent but if not maybe give it some time and revisit this conversation again later. Also and 8 week old baby is very very young and the mother usually experiences extreme anxiety around not having her kid with her so when you have your daughter and she texts you a bunch it could just be a way of trying to “be there with you” and your daughter while still trying to maintain her idea of a breakup. Not saying it’s right or fair to you but a lot happens to women biologically after they have had a baby and 8 weeks is not that long at all!!
