I suppose my biggest concern is living arrangements. On my side I'm good, my parents have offered me the spare room as a temporary measure. But cost of living is insane, and his welfare payments are not enough to cover rent, food and unfortunately smokes. Don’t worry about what your family thinks until you’ve explained your entire situation to them because they have no idea of the truth of what you’ve been going through. And if you do explain yourself and they still are upset you’re trying to get yourself out of a toxic situation then they care less about you than they do about their idea of her, and that would be shitty of them

That sounds so exhausting. That’s way too much family time for me and would be a dealbreaker. Having that many weekly commitments is too much. When do you get to just relax and not do anything with your girlfriend or even get to just do fun stuff with your girlfriend?
