2. Several complaints have already been made to CPS by many people including her family and her own children. She currently has an open case and they are aware of her behavior. Unfortunetly, the children remain with her. She doea share custody with her ex husband who is an alcoholic as well but Id say a functioning one in a way.

   She has also been to treatment many times. One of which I brought her and encouraged her.

   I have not yet sat her down and told her this is her last shot.

   I have offered before in the past to let her kids stay with me while she's sobers up but she and her ex-husband decline.
