OP needs to get a lawyer and get a family therapist for his kid who can help document what is going on. I would also suggest he gets one of those parenting communication apps and limits talking with the ex in any other way and keeps the convo strictly to necessary things like remaining financial entanglements and the kid.
I agree. So many people are saying she's depressed. Why, because she doesn't have the same interests as OP? She doesn't have to like anything of the things he's into. Most couples have different interests.
She's not telling him he can't do anything he loves, but he's thinks she has to do what he wants. What if she was into crocheting? Odds are he wouldn't be interested in her hobby.
Also like someone else pointed out, teachers aren't done at the end of the school day. They have papers, homework, and tests to grade. They have lesson plans to make, parent/teacher conferences, tutoring, etc.
