Honestly, I call cap on the work stories she’s telling you. I don’t doubt that some coworkers have made a pass at her, and I don’t doubt that someone has made an inappropriate comment to her at work before. But no one is harassed like this every single day at work.
Regardless, I think you two need to have a conversation about boundaries in how you interact with other people. It’s not unreasonable or controlling to want them to shut that type of shit down or report it to HR.
