That, my dear, is healthy communication. She's saying what the issue is, letting you know it's a HER issue, assuring you she's still into it, and setting a temporary boundary until she's comfortable with the commitment level/label. Talk to her and talk out your and her feelings. She sounds like somebody that gets how important honest conversation and communication are. That's a GOOD sign!

Why do you find it easier to divulge the important details of this trauma to strangers than to someone you claim to love who is being directly affected by it? It seems like you aren't ready to open your heart up to her, and are still hurting.
