No one’s guessing at anything sexual bc it doesn’t come off that way. Not everything that happens needs to be sexual in nature. The girlfriend isn’t giving off the vibe she was assaulted, and the father doesn’t give off that vibe either. Between the way GF is acting and the way father has behaved towards their relationship in the past is what’s leading everyone to believe he tried to break them up.

I feel that you both deep down would prefer monogamy, but would be using an open relationship as a last resort to save things. If that ends up being the case, it's probably better to just end things.

He's brushing over the topic and withholding true honesty. Whatever is holding him back from being brutally honest, you need to get it out of him for any chance of improvement. The root needs discovery.
Whatever the reason behind it is, who knows. Could be a lack of spice in the bedroom. Could be a loss of attraction, falling out of love. Lots of possibilities that could be positive or negative.
Could even try something like:
If you're both not against alcohol and haven't drank in a while together. Maybe try and have a fun night like that. Really put yourself out there sexually and try to spice it up next level. If me and my fiancé were buzzed and she came out wearing something meant to turn on, we'd be having a next level session.
If he isn't turned on by a forward new type of initiation…. then there is more going on than this:

Are you absolutely sure that you DO want to marry this man? I mean you said he screamed at you and said some awful things so maybe all of this is a sign that you're not meant to be with him. Also, I am so sorry about your baby and all the drama that you had to go through, no one should have to endure that. Take care of yourself first and think long and hot as to staying with this guy.
