Ok, that makes me lean a bit more in her direction. I think you should acknowledge (mostly to yourself) that this is not a pattern of behavior for her and therefore may not be something to blow off right away. I can tell you from experience that I have gotten a vibe off of one of my ex's friends/coworkers. She didn't do anything blatant (I would have sounded absolutely nuts if i tried to explain) but I could tell something was fishy. The same woman kissed and groped him while he was drunk after drinks with their coworkers. Thankfully he was able to get himself away from her and get an Uber home. Sometimes your gut says something and I have learned to listen to my gut more as I've gotten older. .

IMO, they may tell/show you they like him, but clearly they dont consider him family. Their actions show this louder than your words to the contrary. Sad to say but true.

You are repeatedly asking to be ok with multiple NOT OK behaviors from him: 1) Him cheating on you (FYI he’s still cheating most likely) 2) Him saying he thinks you have slept around – why else ask for a test? 3) and him blaming your friendship with another woman for his reason he cheated on you.

No, a person who speaks like this does not have a great heart. He is abusive, and people who are abusive think you *deserve* that abuse and so are very resistant to change. Read “Why does he do that?” by Lundy Bancroft, which you can find free live! — I'm sure you'll find your bf's flavor of abuse in this book. (Drop a man who will tell anyone, but especially a 14-year-old family member, to kll themselves.)
