This is an awful story & straight up scary! If she’s that irresponsible, maybe she shouldn’t have her children with her!
You mentioned that at first you thought that her saying she made out with another woman meant that she kissed another woman, and admitted it has happened before and you were ok with it.
By the fact that you allowed her to kiss other women without getting upset before, she thought she could one up it, and let a woman go down on her, and you would be ok with it. So of course she told you, and excused it, and you forgave her.
That right there told her she can up it, and go further next time, because she believes that you will once again forgive her.
She sounds bisexual, and therefore no matter if it is man or woman, it is still cheating. Even if she wasn't bisexual it is still cheating.
Get a restraining order, a lawyer and sue his ass.
