  1. Assuming you are together for a longer bit of time you should have asked your bf first and only then accpeted your friends offer. If your bf wants to spend NYE and is willing to do it in way that is acceptable for you he should have your priority. If he does not he will likely find himself one day someone for whom he will be a priority.

  2. Hey, while the person you're replying to isn't wrong in their use of statistics, that doesn't mean you should stay together.

You two have incompatible libidos. Daily preference and “when the stars align” is not a bridgeable gap.

You're already unfulfilled now, and if you ever want kids I can tell you finding the time and energy (which she already struggles with) gets much, much harder during pregnancy and with kids.

You are absolutely looking down a road that ends with a dead bedroom.

Neither of you is wrong for being how you are, and neither of you should need to change so you can be happy. But the fact is that you are incompatible.

  3. Your GF is like my dream best friends, i hate clubs (sensory problems), I can’t drink (I like to joke that i smell alcohol and im drunk!), I hate going out.. id much rather be home curled up with a good comfy blanket and a good book/tv show or game ahaha

Happy that you and her worked it out! 🙂

  4. Okay, been in an almost identical situation. Here’s my thoughts 1. Never do anything you wouldn’t be comfortable with your partner doing. If you wouldn’t like him going on a date, or at the very least communicating, then don’t do it man 2. Take things at face value. If you havent had a super detailed conversation that says that you both are only seeing each other, intentionally, then you are NOT exclusive. The joke he made about ‘oh you can be exclusive but i dont have to be’? Take it at face value. He doesn’t want to be exclusive. 3. Sort your own emotions first. It’s okay to know you’ve changed your mind and want some clarity now. It’s okay to want a relationship. But also be clear of what this guy is willing to give to you

From what I’ve read- my dude, this guy is not gonna commit. You have to be open and honest with both himself and yourself before you proceed ahead

Oh, and be ready for like a buttload of jealousy from situationship guy fyi
