I play a lot of online games and I’m in my early 40s. As such I’ve come in contact with younger gamers but I always treat them like a teacher or other adult role model would. The distance has to be maintained and while a friendship might form, it’s always dampened and shaped by that distance. I can see that this person is letting you get too close. A clan I joined had a younger girl as its admin and we did a lot of the game activists together in a group with other people, it never went past that.
