I do go to her place as its 50/50. I spend as much time as I can with her as possible every time I see her. I don’t get back home most nights until 10pm.
She only works 2/3 days a week and they are on Fri/Sat/Sun. We see each other most Thursdays or days she isn’t working.

My abusive ex started by giving me a choice between two things for dinner, then making the one I didn't choose, to “toughen me up” and teach me that “I can't get everything I want.” I didn't recognize this abuse because hey he was still cooking me dinner, right? But it was disrespectful and I didn't listen to my gut instinct.
Now OP may just be emotionally immature and really asking “is it ok for me to set a boundary that I won't cook for my partner if we're fighting” which of course is fine. But we don't really have enough detail to tell that.
Just block her. What’s the point in trying to be friends with somebody who tries to make you feel crap over something that isn’t your fault.
