Understandable, but personally, I’ve had friends who have screwed me over big time. Also if HIV is undetectable you cannot transmit it, it's not that it's highly unlikely. Her issues with that doctor's advice are a problem. He specializes in this and understands what undetectable means. If he's getting checked regularly she is at zero risk of contracting it.
