What exactly is weird about reading a comic depicting gay relationships?
The ONLY, and I mean only, reason I can think that anyone would find it weird is they DO have a problem with the depiction of gay relationships. I am serious here, why is it weird to read a comic about a gay relationship? I literally have no idea why anyone would think this, other than having a problem with homosexuality as such.
So unless you offer some good reasoning almost everyone is going to assume you have a problem with gay people and gay anything. You will need to think about this carefully before talking to your gf, because she is probably going to assume you (as most who read this will) do have a problem with homosexuality. This could well result in you spilting up because she clearly has no problems with homosexuality or homosexual sexuality being depicted and consumed. You look very bad here.
