You need to really think about this relationship. A marriage is naked and it is a partnership sometimes one earns more than the other. Sometimes one does more around the house. Sometimes one has to give a lot more than 50 percent because tragedies happen and one spouse needs more at that time. ( family sickness, death and etc) If he can not support you in all times do not marry this man. You never know what life is gonna throw at you and you need a partner you can count on 100 percent.

Maybe he had a jelous girlfriend in the past who accused him of hiding stuff ,so he just wants to be 'super upfront' or maybe he's the insecure type and wants a similar list from you. Former is ok , latter not so much.
