I would suggest complete honesty with her about how you feel. Tell her you feel underappreciated and it's making you want to leave the relationship. Help her to see the consequences for her actions.
It sounds like you've both got into bad habits. Her thinking it's acceptable to treat you like a butler, and you doing her every bidding without questions. Tell her you're not happy with this!
If she is receptive and you decide you want to save the relationship, you could consider couples therapy. Having another person support you in your changes might really help.
And if that doesn't work, I think you should seriously think about ending the relationship. This in its current state isn't healthy for anyone, and it won't teach your children a healthy dynamic.
