After only 3 months, you don't know him well enough to be able to interpret any of this, so I think you're stuck in a waiting game. To me, this sounds fairly harmless (so far). Two people can be exclusive, but still have close friends of the opposite sex.
For example, when he posted the instastories, you say he's never done this before, but that might not mean anything. Maybe they have a long history of rooting for the team or going to the games together.
