Sometimes Reddit surprises me and this comment encapsulates a lot of that ?. But it also picked up on some really interesting things, going only by the few words OP wrote.
She’s broken something that I don’t think can be repaired. I’d say at this point, with her history of breaking up and leaving, it’s best to just find someone that won’t cause you to lay awake at night wondering when they’re going to leave again.
This is all about finding someone compatible with yourself. I don’t think you can recover this because the two of you are not compatible in your style of communication. You like to text, he doesn’t. You like frequent acknowledgement, he doesn’t. You are aggressive and he is not. This does not make you wrong or him right, rather you are not compatible. Does that make sense ?
Also learn to be more understanding and realize it is not about you.
