I took her to a concert of her favorite band, we did cool and fun things together, I always tried to keep it interesting and exciting.

That is correct, just communicating with someone doesn't put any obligation onto them to change their entire personality type just to please you. It seems obvious that you and this person just aren't compatible. There's no shame in getting to know someone well enough to recognize that you just aren't a good fit with them. What you perceive as “work with her” a lot of people would consider trying to coerce her into sex acts she's not comfortable with (which is bad). We don't get to change people to be more like what we want. We only get to date them and then decide if what they are is what we want.
Yep, my partner snores and it's one of the reasons we simply sleep in separate beds. But he really does need to have a sleep study done. Snoring can be indicative of serious health issues.
Are you thinking of offing him? How is this any of your concern? Of course his life insurance should go to the mother of his young kids. He's currently paying child support right? They will still need financial support if he passes.
If he wants to take out a second policy if the two of you have kids or bought a property together, that would make sense.
