Look. You’ve dated her for 4 months? Let’s be realistic here. It’s long distance, she’s talking to her ex (red flag) and you’re bringing up emotions frequently and now suddenly she’s having problems with you and not the ex?
Buddy… I don’t know you, but there’s something foul about all of that. You need to see another woman. A WOMAN. Not a girl playing games.
My question is OP so interested in being controlled?
Why quit a medication that was working?
Why have a sleepover the night before a big exam?
This guy is an asshole, obviously, but unless OP makes some personal changes she’s just going to find another terrible guy to date… she didn’t even stand up for herself here, she sent a passive aggressive text that isn’t going to change anything ??♀️
This will literally turn in to her trying out new boyfriends in front of you until she finds one she likes better at which point she will need to close down the relationship with him, leaving you on the outside looking in.
I'm still friends with some of my ex's. Some people are better friends than partners.

you sound like you have something to hide
It’s not so much that it seems like a relationship, it almost seems as if she’s passively competing… for example the odd pictures she sends him

Go no contact with both of them until they tell you what's going on
