Na, I wouldn't. You don't know whether he is even disgruntled or if he's just adhering to social protocols by congratulating you and such. Regardless you don't have to have a special meeting or whatever to explain your wedding to him. I didn't even invite my own cousins to my wedding (and vice versa) for this same reason and when we have seen each other since, it hasn't even come up.

So let me get that straight. You have a boyfriend and a friend you kiss, hold hands etc pp and you ask us what they do instead of talking to your boyfriend. You concented for some reason at 17 by sounds of it so in technical terms no he didnt, but he was older and should of known better if age of concent is 18, just take this as a learning experience into next relationship and take things slow, as for feeling bad no i dont think so you said you loved him and are confident he felt the same wether he did or didnt you wont know unless you could ask him, just focus on you and life happily
