My main concern is why doesn’t she want you to visit for part of it? I’d say if you’re really hung up on this girl then at a minimum she needs to video call you every 1-3 days, you should be together for at least a little bit of the trip, and there has to be a set date for when you are back together. It's most likely FOMO, thinking that by getting straight into a serious long-term relationship at such a young age she may be missing out on her time to be wild and party and sow her oats. The new job probably exposed her to new people, and her mind has been wandering, wondering what it would be like to be with someone else, the excitement and thrill of the chase and being chased. She doesn't want to cheat though, so breaking up is her best option to explore that.
After she's played the field a bit, she might want to come back to the safety and security you represent. Are you interested in taking her back after she's had had adventures?

My boyfriend and I kinda go back and forth on who goes to bed earlier. We use headphones to listen to stuff and the flashlights on our phones/portable night lights to get around. Sometimes having some white noise on in the background will help cover up the occasional accidental noise. My boyfriend will also read manga early in the morning and just makes a tent out of his blanket so it covers the harsh light.
