It is upsetting how weak-willed he is to be so easily influenced by friends to take risks. But then again he is 22 and this behaviour will likely be common no matter who you date at this age.
I would say his response was probably worse than the actual incident and is not a good sign of the future success of this relationship. Not using a vape is an easy task – not using it right infront of your GF is easier.
