He’s 60. This behaviour didn’t start over night. I BET he’s got criminal convictions, in some places you can call somewhere and request of a specific person is a sexual assailant and whether they’re on the sex offenders register. I’d maybe phone your non emergency line (if you have one, the UK does) to request more info on it. But as per other advice, definitely tell your school. Your still growing, this fear constantly hanging over your head can have major ramifications for your mental and emotional growth into adulthood. Don’t let this escalate. Sex offenders normally gravitate towards single parents to get close to their children. They groom the adults first, which he’s clearly already successfully done to your mother, and then onto the intended victim.

I’d be getting ahold of her academic advisor or the dean of her department for a meeting – she has behaved incredibly unethically with you. And you’re someone she (assumedly) cares about. Imagine what she’ll do to people she doesn’t know to feed her ego.
I would honestly do this if she continues to gossip about your condition to others. It's incredibly unethical to want to treat someone you are also spreading gossip about.
