I know you've gotten a lot of comments but I want to weigh in here as someone who is a bit older than you.
Your girlfriend doesn't live! with you, so she's a guest in your home. Do you ask all guests to provide money for expenses? Are you just expecting her to pay because she pays no rent? Do you remember being 23 in college at all? Did you work part-time in college and see that money drift away like nothing?
Also, on the flip side, she might be paying no rent at home, but her part-time job might be paying for her school expenses plus maybe phone or other things. You genuinely can't expect a broke student who lives with her father to pay for your expenses like she's living there.
One thing you should definitely do is stop bringing her grocery shopping. The other thing you need to do is consider dating women with jobs from now on. However, before you do that, consider that someone you've been seeing for three months that lives elsewhere even with a job will likely tell you she won't help with your living expenses since she doesn't online with you.

I doubt it, those are mostly for women. Our university has a whole course on sexual assault you have to take to attend but it's 100% focused on girls, I remember while going through that course thinking “Hey all of this was done to me but why do they not care?”. Not many people care about guys and our problems. Just tough it out I suppose.
