1. The way it was written sounded like there were multiple reasons, among which are concerns about him. But regardless, yes, even the issues she has with him and having HIS baby absolutely become real once she’s pregnant with his kid, even if it isn’t about kids in general. Once you’re actually sitting there faced with the reality of being tied to someone for a lifetime and bringing a child into the world with someone, the little thing you always thought didn’t bother you somehow become way more serious.
